Returns & Exchange T&Cs
- Returns/exchanges requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging are eligible.
- In case of a wrong or damaged item, please share unboxing video or images within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order. Multiple exchanges or exchange followed by return on the same order will not be accepted.
- Products bought during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for return/exchange.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- For returns, a ₹100 handling fee will be deducted from the refund. (This fee is not applicable on exchanges.)
- Reverse pickup usually takes 2–4 working days.
- Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the necessary quality checks, the applicable refund will be processed.
- The entire return process may take 8–10 working days from the date of reverse pickup.
