We agree to make our sincere efforts to ensure that each product ordered or service reaches you timely and in good condition, and expect your patience in certain circumstances if any of them gets damaged/disfigured during the transit.

Accurate & Sufficient Shipping Details– To ensure timely delivery of the products to you, please check your shipping address thoroughly each and every time before punching your order. We expressly undertake to deliver our products to the orders that have been sufficiently and appropriately addressed and only to the orders confirmed by way of an order acknowledgment receipt.

Return Policy - 

At Souped Up Fashion, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and how to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Window: You have a 7-day return window from the date of order delivery to request a return or exchange. During this period, you can return a product if:

  1. You do not like the product.
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  3. The product received is the wrong size.
  4. You have any other valid reason for returning the product.

Return Conditions: For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be in new and unused condition.
  2. The product should not have been washed or worn.
  3. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Approval Process: Once your return/exchange request is submitted, our customer service team will review it. If your request meets our return policy criteria, you will receive an approval notification via email. This email will contain detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.

Return Pickup: If your return is approved, our designated shipping partner will arrange for the pickup of the product from the address provided during the return request. Please ensure the product is securely packaged for pickup

Please note -

  • Any returns or exchanges are only valid once for a single order. No multiple return/exchange requests will be entertained on a single order.
  • A Reverse Shipment Charge of ₹100 will be adjusted in the refund amount in case of Returns initiated.
  • The complete return process—including reverse pickup, transit, quality check, and refund initiation—may take up to 6–7 business days.

Refunds and Order Replacements - Any dissatisfaction with the product quality shall be the responsibility of the Company and must be contacted through the customer grievance helpdesk within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order. We hereby expressly provide to accept product returns and refunds on a limited basis by successful inspection carried out by the Company at his sole discretion

We hereby expressly provide availability of a Return or Refund option within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving such order.

You are requested to return the goods in the same condition in which it was shipped to you by the delivery partner. We shall not initiate the refund in case the condition of the goods is not found to be in a good state.

We further reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and undertake to only provide limited replacements on a “per customer” basis after a successful inspection carried out by the Company.

When the Company accepts the refund of the product, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s same payment method he paid at the time of purchase product

We will provide a refund within 7 days after the successful return of the products to the warehouse of the Company.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will be happy to provide the voucher code of the same amount for the user to use it in their next purchase. Alternatively, user may provide the bank account details and it will be processed at the same.
